Located near the territory of Ostuni, a few miles from the White Town and the Sea (15 km.), this fine group of trulli dating back to the late XIX th century, is located in a charming panoramic position, overlooking the surrounding countryside, rich in secular olive trees, almond and fruit trees from which peep the white pinnacles of the famous trulli.
The Court of the trulli is placed on a property of approximately 24,000 sqm. and has a large private parking, a communal swimming pool and a courtyard that surrounds the trullo, a BBQ common area, ideal for outdoor living.
For the recent renovation of the interior, a lot of importance has been given to the recovery of the original character of the building, using only materials, as the stone of Trani for the floor, and leaving the thickness of the walls up to 2 meters or the height of the passages between the various rooms which communicate each other. Besides, to show the building techniques of trullo, cones and stone arches have been left visible.
The decor is minimal but of taste and includes linens, dishes, chairs, garden furniture. On demand you can also have a cleaning lady. |
